Happy Color Nail & Spa

I typically don’t like to leave reviews but I had such a disappointing experience for my first time at Happy Color nail salon. I just got a regular manicure and it was obvious that the tech cared more about speed than quality. I can appreciate being efficient, but I left with streaks, cuticle flooding, bubbles, chips, and unevenly covered nails. I paint my nails myself every week and I really wish I hadn’t spent money for the experience to get them done before a birthday party when I could’ve done them better myself for free and not felt rushed. I would go back to get them redone but it is so busy I don’t think it would be worthwhile or make me feel better about it

I paid $78 for a hot towel special pedicure with gel polish. This was supposed to include callous remover, but they didn’t do it. I didn’t even realize until after I left otherwise I would have addressed it. The man doing my toes also filed the skin off both of my pinky toes. I told him he was hurting me and he said “oh no” and kept going. Kind of insane for $78.

Update: after a couple more visits I’m not as pleased as I was. Had a bad experience with a spa pedicure. Kelly was a good tech and had no problem with her.
